Amy Zhang started Affinity Fund Services LLC with the mission to protect fund managers and investors, help asset management firms grow, and the financial industry flourish.
Amy spends her entire career life in public accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, EisnerAmper and now her own hedge fund administration firm, Affinity Fund Services (the Firm). She has international experience in China, Australia and the US, and works on various engagements with a focus in hedge funds. During her time as the managing member of the Firm, she works extensively with auditors, attorneys, prime brokers and other key service providers for her hedge fund clients.
Amy received her Master of Science degree in accounting from Boston College and Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Sun Yat-sen University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. In addition to her membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and CalCPA Society, she is also a member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and Association of Women in Alternative Investing.
Amy is a member of Finance Committee at California Society of CPAs and also serves as a Board Director at its San Francisco Chapter. She co-founds the Financial Entrepreneurs Forum and hosts educational and networking events. Previously, Amy served as Vice President and Chair of the Audit Committee at Children’s Council of San Francisco.
